Forecasts, projections and analytics are model-based estimates provided for information only. They are not investment advice, an offer, or a guarantee of performance.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Broker and developer accounts must be authorized to act for the organization they register.
We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, misrepresent listings, or breach these terms.
Listings are submitted by third-party developers and brokerages and reviewed by ACRE before publication; ACRE does not own the underlying properties and does not warrant listing information.
A reservation or investment expression made through the platform is not a completed transaction. Completion is subject to separate contracts, verification (including KYC/AML checks) and payment outside or through the platform's payment provider.
Broker and developer credits are prepaid usage units, are not money, and are non-transferable. Subscription plans renew monthly until cancelled; fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACRE is not liable for investment losses, decisions made in reliance on forecasts, or the acts of third-party developers, brokers or payment providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
